In a meeting with his newly announced Hispanic advisory council, Donald Trump suggested he is interested in figuring out a "humane and efficient" manner to deal with immigrants in the country illegally, according to three sources, while stressing that it will still be in line with the border security-focused approach that has invited intense opposition from Latinos and immigrants since he launched his campaign.
Conway said, "So what Donald Trump said in the meeting differed very little from what he said publicly including in his convention speech last month in Cleveland".
The comments suggested a softening of the hardline immigration policy that Trump has put at the center of his campaign against Democrat Hillary Clinton for the November 8 general election.
Pressed on the issue Sunday on CNN's State of the Union, new campaign manager Kellyanne Conway used the phrase "to be determined" in regard to Trump's plans for the nation's 11 million undocumented immigrants.
But we now need Donald Trump to explain to us the extent to which the hand of the Kremlin is at the core of his own campaign.
The campaign's new leadership combines Bannon, a combative conservative, with Conway, a data-driven analyst who has been trying to broaden Trump's appeal to women and independent voters. Ted Cruz. Conway told an interviewer back then that she believed Trump should be more transparent and release his returns.

It wasn't so much a poor display from the frontmen, rather an excellent performance from both defences. Now he knows very well what I want and my expectations are higher.

West Ham's Bilic laments 'cheap' equaliser
Less than two minutes later the Romanian champions punished that miss with substitute Dennis Alibec netting the equaliser. The Hammers drew 2-2 in the first leg last season, after being 2-0 up, before losing in Romania to Astra 2-1 a week later.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump speaks on stage during a campaign rally in Fredericksburg, Virginia, on Saturday. Also, it wouldn't be the first time establishment Republicans have tried, and failed, to project their more voter-palatable views onto Trump. "If you start pivoting, you're not being honest with people". He wants to double down on letting Donald Trump be Donald Trump, that's why he's brought in to run his campaign someone who wrote - or ran a so-called news organization, Breitbart News, which has peddled some of the worst conspiracy theories around. "We've got a great relationship with Chairman (Reince) Priebus".
He has repeatedly called for mass deportations of people in the country illegally, a stance critics say is inhumane and unrealistic.
In a recent Fox News Latino poll, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton held a 46% lead over Trump with registered Latinos, who went for Clinton over Trump 66%-20%.
On ABC, Conway also took a swipe at Clinton over transparency issues: "I'm glad that he's transparent about a number of things, and we're certainly running against the least accountable, least transparent, I think, joyless candidate in presidential political history".
Conway, the new campaign manager, insisted that the campaign already was on track.
