The Cleveland Browns have officially caught the injury bug as kicker Pat Murray was added to an already lengthy injury report after suffering a knee injury on Friday. He was 3-for-4 on field goals and 7-for-7 on PATs through three games with the Eagles last season. Parkey was traded to the Eagles during the preseason and went on to set the National Football League rookie scoring record.
Parkey was an undrafted free agent for the Eagles in 2014, when set the team's single-season scoring record (150 points) and made the Pro Bowl. He played three games for the Eagles previous year, making three of four field goals and all seven extra points before being lost for the season with a groin injury. He was waived by Philadelphia during final roster cuts this season.
Murray joined the Browns this offseason and appeared in two games.
