For Paris Fashion Week, Karl Lagerfeld transformed Paris' Grand Palais into a futuristic data center, with stacked servers, multicolored wires and ethernet cables.
Fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld has criticised Kim Kardashian for being too flashy with her money following her $US10 million ($A13 million) heist, as the reality TV star's ordeal continues to dominate Paris Fashion Week.
But when asked about Kim's horrific robbery, the famous designer was surprisingly unsympathetic towards the mum-of-two, as he suggested she shouldn't put her wealth "on display" so often.
The couple's former bodyguard Steve Stanulis also believes that Kim "showing her jewellery on social media" created the "perfect storm" for the robbery. If you are that famous and you all your jewelry on [social media], you go to hotels where nobody can come near to the room.
The creative director of Chanel told reporters, "I don't understand why she was in a hotel with no security".
The five, who fled on hired bikes, escaped with her engagement ring and other jewellery worth 8.5 million pounds.
Quiet Warriors debut for Durant
It nearly seems insane to call it a positive, but it reinforces the rhetoric that this team just needs court time together to gel. But on Saturday it was only a glimpse of what could be one of the great teams in National Basketball Association history.
Scottish Government attacks Jeremy Hunt doctor plan
There is also concern it will become more hard to recruit doctors trained overseas in the future. The government's plan will see an expansion in training places from 6,000 to 7,500 a year.
Polish government reverses stance on total abortion ban
The proposal was inspired by a petition signed by 450,000 people, the AP writes; more than 38 million people live in Poland. Some Polish women also boycotted work and classes to protest the proposal.
The outspoken 83-year-old German-born designer and photographer had been complimentary about Kardashian and her family.
Lagerfeld has previously said that "Kim's contribution to beauty and fashion is the fact that you don't have to be super slim and very tall to be beautiful".
The "Danish Girl" star may well not have enough time to talk to her PR team on her movie release dates as she's simply too busy jet-setting around the world.
Paris Fashion Week continues on Tuesday with shows from Kenzo and Paul & Joe.
There was even a style nod to star wars with the opening model, usually a slot reserved for the likes of Kendall Jenner or Cara Delevingne, wearing a face-covering robot mask worthy of a storm trooper. According to Lagerfeld, the whole show was technology - but not in a cold way - he refers to the show as "intimate technology".
