Bruce Fanning, a 59 year old Belfair, Washington State homeowner has been charged with second degree murder after shooting dead, Nathaniel Joseph Rosa, an intruder who had entered the homeowner's home.
Fanning left the building and instead of calling 911 then, he returned with a.45-caliber pistol. When he arrived next door he saw a screen window punched out and the door kicked in.
"Lots of reactions to the arrest", the office wrote in an April 1 tweet. Fanning said the man taking a shower popped his head out, and Fanning said "it seemed like he was drunk".
The friend's residence has the same floor plan and design as the Fanning's home business office, Dorsey said.

Congressman Beto O'Rourke to make "big announcement" on Friday
The Democratic Party is preoccupied with protecting 10 incumbents who represent states President Donald Trump carried in 2016. The El Paso Democrat said Wednesday he is planning a campaign announcement Friday amid reports he will challenge GOP Sen.
"Certainly he had an opportunity to call law enforcement at that time", Lieutenant Travis Adams said. "And we've contacted our local prosecutor, explained the circumstances to him, and he agrees that 2nd degree murder was an appropriate charge in this case".
In a release, the sheriff's office said they found that during the initial investigation the facts, statements and evidence presented did not support necessary or reasonable self-defense.
A magistrate set Fanning's bail at $250,000 and scheduled the man's court appearance on Monday.
When Fanning of Belfair approached and confronted him, Rosa allegedly began to threaten Fanning.
State law allows people to use their feelings of being threatened when deciding whether to use lethal force to defend themselves, but the danger must be imminent and threaten life or serious bodily injury.
