The leaked episode now circulating online is watermarked with the Star India logo and a "For internal viewing only" warning. The pirated copy of the episode, titled "The Spoils of War", was available via Google Drive, according to the report.

The screenshots drew attention towards Star India and the broadcast giant later in the evening released a media statement accepting the compromise.

A gang of hackers have announced that they've stolen confidential script for an anticipated Game of Thrones episode and other information from HBO's office. The hackers, who claimed to have access to 1.5 terabytes of the HBO's series, threatened to release more episodes in the weeks to come.

With the Federal Bureau of Investigation said to be investigating the hack, and Mandiant, the cybersecurity consulting division of FireEye Inc. hired by HBO to undertake forensic analysis, what we know so far may be the tip of the iceberg. HBO has yet to issue an official response to this leak.

The hackers had leaked unreleased episodes of HBO's shows Ballers and Room 104. The episode appeared on Reddit's /r/freefolk, where it was posted early Friday morning.

Israel to demolish family home of alleged Palestinian attacker
The Palestinian was stopped by a neighbour, an off-duty Israeli soldier, who shot him, the official said . Palestinians argue the security measure is a sign of creeping Israeli control over the holy site.

The hackers stepping forward to promise forthcoming leaks is somewhat to be expected, as the group previously stated that "more information would be coming soon".

Games Of Thrones leaks are nothing new. The first four episodes of season 5 leaked online, thanks to advanced screeners that are sent out to members of the press.

In a memo distributed to HBO employees on Monday, CEO Richard Plepler said senior executives, working with outside security experts, are "working round the clock to protect our collective interests".

Earlier this week, the network suffered a disruptive, unsettling, and disturbing cyber attack, which resulted in the theft of 1.5 TB data.

The Entertainment industry has always been a victim of illegal hacking and piracy, and the makers of Game Of Thrones have become victims of this threat for the second time. "As has been the case with any challenge we have ever faced, I have absolutely no doubt that we will navigate our way through this successfully".
