Gurugram Commissioner of Police Sandeep Khirwar said that section 75 of Juvenile Justice Act has been invoked in the murder case and that anyone found guilty will be booked under relevant sections. He wanted to ensure that schools were made accountable in cases related to safety of children.
While the incident has terrified the parents across all schools, it is to be noted that this is not the first time that the school is in the news for the wrong reasons.
The Haryana government had ordered all campuses of the Ryan International School in Gurugram to be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
The murder, in connection with which a bus conductor has been arrested, has triggered a huge public outrage.
Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has called the victim's family and his Haryana counterpart Manohar Lal Khattar and demanded a swift probe into the incident. He further added that the family would move the Supreme Court on Monday. "All schools will be subject to scrutiny in this matter", Tikriwal told reporters here. My only wish is that the truth should come out and justice be given to me and my wife.

We quite agree with the actress' point of view. They do not allow non-teaching staff to walk unsupervised in the teaching area where students take classes.
Meanwhile, District Inspector of Schools PK Upadhyay said, "All school managements have been directed to submit their security and safety plans".
"Preliminary inquiry has suggested the school had failed to follow the security norms advised by the government", he said.
The report by the investigative team also highlighted that the CCTV cameras of the school weren't working properly and were not installed everywhere. Also, the fire extinguishers were expired. A wide breach in the school boundary wall gave an easy access to a killer with a knife.
The Gurgaon police has also suspended station house officer (SHO) of the Sadar police station - the Ryan International School situated on Sohna Road falls under the jurisdiction of this station - for "negligence in maintaining law and order".При любом использовании материалов сайта и дочерних проектов, гиперссылка на обязательна.
