Oklahoma, Penn State and USC hold down the #3, 4 and 5 spots.

Oklahoma State (3-0) is ranked sixth with Washington (3-0) close behind. Oklahoma 4. Penn State 5.

Alabama remains No. 1, with Clemson jumping up one spot to No. 2 over Oklahoma after an impressive 47-21 victory over Heisman victor Lamar Jackson and Louisville.

Clemson has been ranked no lower than sixth in the AP poll since October 4, 2015, and has been ranked in the top five for 28 straight polls, the longest such active streak in the country. Wisconsin 10. Ohio State 11. The Nittany Lions are listed with 12/1 odds to win it all as they enter Big Ten play.

The post-Week 3 poll has a few quirks.
