In contrast, Jeremy Corbyn chooses to side with the Russian spin machine. Where does that leave the Foreign Secretary?
He said: "When I look at the evidence, I mean the people from Porton Down, the laboratory".

This statement contradicted a claim made by Mr Johnson in an interview on German TV on March 20.
"I asked the guy myself, I said, 'Are you sure?' And he said there's no doubt", Johnson said. It prompted criticism of Johnson for his previous comments.
Diane Abbott of the opposition Labour Party called on Johnson to explain the apparent discrepancy.
In an interview with Sky News today, British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn argued that Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson "has serious questions to answer", given that his claim on German TV two weeks ago that Britain's Porton Down had assured him "categorically" that Russian Federation was the source of the Novichok nerve agent used to poison the Skripals, has now been disproven by Porton Down itself.
"But Boris Johnson apparently going on worldwide media and saying he was 101 percent certain it was Putin - I don't understand where he got that information from", Abbott told the BBC. Porton Down have not said that.

In a tweet on Tuesday, Porton Down reiterated this: "Our experts have precisely identified the nerve agent as a Novichok".
"Boris Johnson is supposed to represent Britain on the world stage but time and again he has shown he is unable to do so responsibly", added the Shadow Home Secretary. Kevin Maguire, an editor at the left-wing Daily Mirror, wrote on Twitter.
"The Foreign Office then issued a tweet in support of what the Foreign Secretary said, and then removed that yesterday after Porton Down had said they couldn't identify the source of it".
Paul Waugh tweeted "Just found this cached tweet of @foreignoffice, now appears to be deleted.Big Qs for FCO".
