North West zonal office of the Sule Lamido for President 2019 Campaign Organisation on Thursday in Kaduna lambasted President Muhammadu Buhari for describing Nigerian youths as lazy.
But, National Secretary of YYSA, Comrade Olawale Ajao in a statement made available to DAILY POST on Friday in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital while reacting to Buhari's outburst lamented that it is unfortunate that, "President Buhari is fond of giving a negative remark about Nigeria whenever he talks overseas".
Nigerians have reacted to the comments made by President Muhammadu Buhari at Commonwealth Business Forum in London accusing much Nigerian youth of laziness.
The Nigerian Young Professional Forum, NYPF, which spoke through its chairman, Moses Siasia, has equally asked President Buhari to apologize for his uncomplimentary remark to Nigerian youths.
"Responding to a question, President Buhari had cause to talk about some Nigerian youths, and he said: " We have a very young population; our population is estimated conservatively to be 180 million.

The president is a human being, he can gaffe and should be forgiven and should not be sent to the political guillotine. President Buhari has always applauded and celebrated Nigerian youths who excel in different areas of endeavour, from sports, to academia, and other realms.
"I should know, I have thousands of youths working for me all over the country who have been the backbone of our success. Was President Buhari unaware of this?".
"The focal areas of the administration; securing the country, reviving the economy, and fighting corruption, are actually meant to give youths a future and a hope".
"President Buhari should have instead told the world that this All Progressives Congress (APC) administration has incurred a debt of over N11 trillion in just three years without any completed project, especially socio-economic infrastructural projects that will drive youth entrepreneurship, to show for it in his third anniversary as President".
