"Assuming all Spanish speakers are undocumented is not only ignorant but a little sad", the event description reads. And on Thursday morning, activist Shaun King posted an unedited video of Schlossberg assaulting and calling Willie Morris, a white man from MA, "an ugly fucking foreigner" on the sidewalk of Fifth Avenue. So far, more than 1,500 people have RSVP-ed to the event. He threatened to notify the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) "to have each one of them kicked out of my country".
The clip quickly sparked outrage among many critics, including U.S. Rep. Adriano Espaillat and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., who wrote to NY state's court system, which has a grievance committee for attorney complaints. In a video posted to YouTube on October 19, 2016, Willie Morris said he was walking along Fifth Avenue when a man approached him and started yelling at him.
"He's screaming at the guy serving him, 'Give me my f***ing sandwich, you shouldn't be speaking Spanish, I feel disrespected, go back to your country, '" Serrano said.
According to state records, Schlossberg was admitted to the NY state bar in 2003 and has an office in Manhattan.
Over the past day, NY has been united in its denunciation of Schlossberg's comments. "If the conduct leads to a conviction, even a minor one, discipline will be much more likely". It was not clear when the incident took place.
Facebook updates Stories to complete its Snapchat domination

Complaints are confidential unless a finding is made to sanction or reprimand the individual, Lucian Chalfen, Director of Public Information at the Unified Court System, said in an email statement.
"Mr. Schlossberg earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from The Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the George Washington University Law School".
After video of a man's race-fueled rant at a Midtown restaurant went viral, he's apparently facing the consequences of his actions.
Schlossberg didn't immediately respond to INSIDER's requests for comment. The New York Post caught up with the attorney Thursday morning. On Thursday, King posted another video from 2016 that, he said, appears to depict the same man accosting and berating a pedestrian on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. His law office advertises that it can take phone calls in four foreign languages, an irony that was not lost on many commentators on social media. "I put my camera down and said, 'You wanna call ICE, call ICE". Clad in a suit and a black cap, the lawyer said "They're yelling, they're claiming things that aren't true", as he called the police on Daily News staff. "You're an ugly fucking foreigner, so fuck you".
