"The manager is always going to be the easy target".
ARSENE Wenger must make a last-ditch decision on whether to start Alexis Sanchez this weekend when Arsenal welcome Manchester City to the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League.
Arsenal are sixth in the Premier League after losing four of their last five games, and face Manchester City on Sunday in a match that could further damage their hopes of making the top four.
City have won their last three away but each of these victories have come over sides now in the bottom half and after their victory at Old Trafford early on in the season they've since lost and failed to score in all three of their trips to top-seven sides.

"We believe the Board's role now is to successfully manage the transition to a new manager, an eventuality for which they have had plenty of warning and time to prepare", the group said. "No", insisted Wenger, despite arriving at his press conference having made the headlines in the British media.
"No, we won't look for excuses".
"It just makes me wonder if there's another announcement they're going to make in conjunction with him saying that he's going to say". The Gunners once dominated English football; now they're at risk of finishing outside of the top four and 13 years without a Premier League title.

When asked about comments from Sanchez (pictured) he wanted to stay in London, but play for a club with a "winning mentality", a smiling Wenger replied: 'There's only one team in London, so he's happy.' But he added: 'I think you have to be very cautious when people give interviews in their home countries.
The Czech international's vulnerability at the near post is well documents but that is not the only cause of concern for the Gunners.
"There's only one team in London, so he's happy", Wenger joked.
"I don't see anything negative in that".
"When I say defend better, it's not just the defenders it's the team as a whole. That's what everybody wants and I can understand that completely".
Like Sánchez, Mesut Özil will enter the final 12 months of his contract in the summer and the club will wait until then to discuss terms with both players. "I hope the club will find an agreement with them", Wenger told reporters yesterday.
He said: "I don't why - if Arsene is clear in his own mind - he doesn't let everyone know as soon as possible as it takes away the uncertainty and instability". I will remain like that. The situation is not sorted out and I believe it's important we focus on what is essential.
