Lady Gaga reckons with the grueling demands of pop stardom in the new trailer for Gaga: Five Foot Two.

"I have chased this pain for five years", Gaga says in the new preview, as footage of the 31-year-old in tears over her condition flashes onscreen. The singer goes on to say that it is her fans who have helped keep her going all of these years.

Yet as much as her acting career seems to be flourishing, Gaga the human is hard enough work with its high demand for performance.

Unlike many celebrities in this day and age that make their backup carry the heavy load, Gaga actually sings, dances, and may even have a few stunts up her sleeve when she decides to tour. Last Tuesday, the singer posted a Tweet that she was struggling with her pain condition.

"Paranoia, fear, body pain, anxiety", Gaga replies, referencing her illness.

Lady Gaga has always been theatrical.
