As Scott Guthrie, executive vice president at Microsoft, said in a press briefing, Microsoft is answering the question of "how developers can build [applications] today for the rapidly evolving future".

This is the second year in a row that Microsoft has held its conference in Seattle, not far from its Redmond, Washington headquarters. This shows how Silicon Valley is no longer the action center for developer activity.

Once the Microsoft Build 2018 begins at 9 pm IST today. Nadella pitched Project Brainwave as a way for developers to perform AI tasks quicker by using the company's specialized chips (FPGAs) built by Intel.

The season of developer conferences is here.

Also, TechObserver.in will be running an embeddable live video stream. The company says it'll be sharing more on Timeline for Android and iOS in its day two keynote tomorrow at Build, which we'll be watching.

Microsoft has long positioned itself as a supporter of digital privacy and recently ended a long-running lawsuit against the US government involving how digital data can be shared across borders. AI is also at the core of Microsoft's digital assistant Cortana and Translator app.

Vikings exercise 5th-year contract option on CB Trae Waynes
Waynes had a takeaway in Minnesota's 2015 Wild-Card playoff game and has had crucial interceptions in wins over Green Bay at U.S. In 2017, the 39-year-old Newman was on the field for 555 snaps, which was the third-highest total among all Vikings corners.

Explosions at Iranian missile depots in Syria measure 2.6 on Richter Scale
However, an Iranian semi-official news agency denied reports that Iranian fighters were killed or that Iranian-run bases were hit. Also, on April 28, the Syrian army is reported to have liberated areas in southern Damascus from Islamic State militants.

He finished his career as Penn State's all-time rushing touchdown (43) and total touchdown (53) record holder. With that, they took three players on defense. "I've got him 100 percent".

Bringing Timeline to smartphones will also enable the ability to resume activities within different apps directly on your phone too.

Microsoft introduced a set of technology experiences that addresses a more mobile workforce, including streamlining mobile Windows experiences across a variety of devices and platforms, as well as better blending web and app experiences. It is also believed that the company might talk regarding the forthcoming Redstone release followed by Windows Sets and Fluent Design.

It would to be too early to call virtual reality as a failure but it has definitely failed to catch the imagination of consumers.

Microsoft is seeking to advance its big push around the "intelligent edge" with a rollout of new capabilities and technologies for developers.

A few other notable announcements from Microsoft's event include a new AI for Accessibility program to help improve development of AI for people with disabilities. And a new Azure Blockchain Workbench helps developers to build out an Azure-supported blockchain network using such services as Azure AD and SQL.

Last year, Microsoft stunned the world by publicly explaining its efforts in the quantum computing space.
