The Inspector General also is looking at Comey's decision to send Congress a letter in late October 2016 announcing that the investigation had been reopened to search files found on a computer used by Anthony Weiner, who was being investigated for sex crimes and whose wife, Huma Abedin was one of Clinton's closest aides.
The report doesn't list out Mueller's personal salary, but Peter Carr, spokesman for the special counsel's office, said he is paid the same as any USA attorney. "Our view has not changed".
He added that "leaks concerning specific investigative steps the US Attorney's Office has allegedly taken are extremely disturbing".
McCabe and the Justice Department declined to comment to the Times.
Roseanne Barr on Twitter: 'I'm Not a Racist'
Goodman's voluntary ignorance also extends to chatter of him starring in a spinoff series without Roseanne Barr's involvement. Trump wrote that Iger never called him to apologize for "the terrible statements" that have been said about him on ABC.

'American Idol' Final Two Maddie Poppe and Caleb Hutchinson Talk Secret Romance
In overly dramatic American Idol fashion, Ryan Seacrest announced Maddie Poppe as the victor of this year's singing competition. Thank you to all of America for believing in me when I didn't even believe in myself.
Even before the allegations against him, McCabe had become a lightning rod in the political battles over the Federal Bureau of Investigation and special counsel Robert Mueller III's probe of Russian interference in the 2016 election.
McCabe and Comey are at odds over the inspector general's findings. Comey has said he "could well be a witness" against McCabe if McCabe were ever charged and tried. McCabe reportedly thought this suggested that Comey's termination may be tied to the Russian Federation investigation, which raises questions of whether the president's decision constitutes obstruction of justice.

McCabe's interactions with Rosenstein could complicate any potential prosecution of McCabe because Rosenstein would likely be involved in a final decision on filing charges. DOJ investigators say McCabe was not forthcoming when they asked him about it.
Trump's apparent attempt to squash the Russian Federation investigation only backfired, as the explosive firing has since become a central focus for Mueller amid questions over whether the president attempted to obstruct justice.
McCabe was sacked in March, hours before he was set to retire with a pension.
