In a statement, the White House claimed that neither Kavanaugh nor anyone within the administration shared the accuser's name with Whelan.
Late Saturday, an attorney for a woman believed to be one of the witnesses Ford said was at the party released a statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee and CBS News denying she was at the party.
