Forecasters predict a blizzard and very cold winds will hit the country next week, bringing with it a big freeze after temperatures briefly rise to 65F on Thursday during an "Indian Summer".

Flash flooding will be possible in urban and low lying areas.

It will be chilly on Monday with highs only in the mid-to-upper-40s.

The wintry mix will continue Friday with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 39 degrees. High: 40. Wind: N 10-20 miles per hour.
